Puff Sleeve Peplum Hem Fitted Blazer

A blazer with actual shape to it. The V-neck opens the chest, the waist nips in, and the peplum hem flares just below it, which is a far more flattering line than the boxy jackets most workwear defaults to. Puff sleeves balance the whole thing at the shoulder.
